Tomáš Mikletič, as an E-Commerce Business Development  Manager has been working more than 10 years in Online Marketing and has been managing over adozen E-Shops and budgets of over 10 million EUR across several countries. He and his team faced all of these challenges.

We succeeded in helping achieve triple digits growth annually on a number of E- Shops they managed. We were able to speed up the whole process of growth and decision making process in favor of budget optimization.

So here’s how we did it.

The Challenge

For many E-Commerce Managers it is very hard to get accurate, precise and timely data – especially when dealing with large number of E-Shops at the same time. On top of that Google Analytics is just not enough. Among other things GA is lacking comprehensive data, impossibility to see what happened before the last click, what happened after the purchase, order status, cost of individual channels, more E-Shops in one report at a time.. all that leaving managers ending up with wrong numbers.

 

And wrong numbers lead to failure. Failure to make right decisions and optimize marketing performance.

 

Further on, Tomas and his team felt like budget decisions were made solely on gut feelings and there was a reactive management of people which brought slow evaluation process of people and their competences. Quarterly meetings for evaluation were not fast.

 

Decision on budgets and people needed to be made as well as repeated overall evaluation of whether the goals are being met.

This needed to be done faster much faster.

Roivenue is able to connect Information System with Order Forms from all E-Shops and at the same time with Analytics and all marketing platforms.

Entire data is in one database so all E-Shops can be seen in one report as opposed to clicking through each E-Shop profile.

With Roivenue it was able to see not only number of conversions and orders but insights into each marketing channel, margin and marketing profit over all E-Shops. Recognizing deviations from trends or “normal” was able using “Record Event” option which shows the date range when the exact event happened.


The reports enabled them to make fast and confident decisions to adjust investments and optimize budgets – a process which used to take months before.
